The lot was a clean slate to come up with anything that fits, 4 bedrooms would be nice, but the owner Chris just wanted to make sure, it was a WOW factor. Desinging this house was a pleasure, and believe it or not, a RUSH JOB... He needed quick, like 24 hour quick. In the words of Chris himself, "THAT WAS FAST & PERFECT..!!!"
